I’ve been a Bangsar-phile long before we opened WiP in BSC. In fact, I always had my eye on the corner shop lot that WiP now occupies. I knew it would be the perfect location for our next F&B outlet, so the minute it was available, I grabbed the opportunity.
When we first started, WiP was our work in progress; the opportunity to experiment and grow along with BSC’s clientele. Right from the start, we were governed by our vision of providing great value and uncompromising service. Something BRDB knows a lot about! I guess that’s why we work so well together.
When BSC renovated, we knew it was time for us to evolve again. We ensured a sense of space by maximising daylight, and by welcoming our diners with a warm, nature-inspired landscaping – yet another effort in conscious design that we picked up from BRDB.
Once we reopened along with the refurbished BSC, we knew we were no longer a work in progress, but whipped into shape. Today, I can say without doubt that WiP’s success at BSC has been a direct result of
our mutually integrated strategy.
